Territory Growth Specialist

Pandora is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as Regional Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in their assigned region, developing and implementing regional sales plans and objectives, and leveraging their expertise in sales strategy, operations, and leadership development. Key responsibilities include managing a team of Territory Managers, working closely with Retail Operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and strengthen the store network.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business plans that align with Pandora's overall vision and goals* Manage a team of Territory Managers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they meet or exceed targets* Work closely with Retail Operations to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives, including Drops, Campaigns, Promotions, and Store Process Improvements* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and strengthen the store network* Analyze results at store, territory, and region levels, developing action plans to address areas for improvement
About You
We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in sales management, operations, and team development. Your exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with franchisees, dealers, and store management. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, as well as extensive experience in operations, merchandising, marketing, product development, planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
