About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to support our revenue growth in the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound efforts, identifying and contacting potential customers, and operating as a trusted advisor and frontline ambassador.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Spanish market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organise client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers.
  • Carefully design prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
  • No requirement for extensive sales experience, but a plus if you have.
  • Responsible, positive, and take ownership of your tasks.
  • A self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
