About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses.

As a Sales Manager, you'll work closely with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You'll also help your teams and roll up your sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service.

You'll be responsible for helping our customers and partners with innovative YouTube solutions to achieve their marketing objectives. You'll drive measurable impact by leading with insights, experiments, and measurement, leveraging cutting-edge YouTube solutions to deliver maximum results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help customers grow their brands and reach business goals with YouTube and position YouTube as a reliable media platform for advertisers.
  • Drive the shift from TV and Social Media to YouTube via key accelerators (e.g., measurement, experiments, cases) and build long-term executive relationships with key budget owners, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Take ownership for YouTube business development on a subset of advertisers and work seamlessly with account owners and surrounding teams.
  • Design, deliver, and implement mid/long-term advertiser marketing and media strategies around Video/YouTube.
  • Work cross-functionally to help develop scalable advertising solutions around YouTube (e.g., scalable activities, events, etc).
