Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our 2nd level Support & Enablement team. As the primary technical resource for customer-facing teams, your main responsibility will be delivering 2nd level Support, ensuring complex technical issues are identified, documented, and resolved efficiently.

You will work closely with the Product team to document issues, conduct impact analysis, and suggest prioritization for bug fixes and improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with the User Enablement Team to develop and deliver internal training programs, create and review documentation, and implement knowledge-sharing tools.
