As Industrial Sales and Business Development Lead at Skyven Technologies, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing and strengthening customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions for decarbonizing industrial thermal systems. Our innovative Energy-as-a-Service model provides clean process heat to industrial facilities, eliminating on-site CO2 emissions and paving the way for sustainable future.

About The Role

This role focuses on connecting customer challenges with innovative, value-driven solutions that foster long-term partnerships and measurable carbon reduction outcomes. You will work closely with our SVP of Global Sales and Director of Marketing to drive the growth of our heat-pump technology solutions and expand our presence in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
  • Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to design and recommend tailored decarbonization solutions

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  2. 5+ years in technical sales, business development, or related roles in energy or industrial manufacturing sectors
  3. Strong knowledge of European energy policies, market trends, and industrial decarbonization practices
  4. Proven record of developing and executing successful business strategies and meeting sales targets
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
