Job Title: Business Development Associate

This role requires you to establish strong relationships with our Japanese clientele, drive business growth, and play a critical part in Queue-it's expansion.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Create and qualify new sales opportunities by developing strategic awareness campaigns and engaging in discovery calls.
  2. Take full ownership of researching, prospecting, and reporting for assigned campaigns.
  3. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to create engaging content, convert leads into customers, and reactivate cold accounts.

We Look For Candidates Who:

  • Are passionate about building relationships with clients and partners.
  • Have a proven track record in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Excel in communication, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for SaaS technology.

Requirements:

  • Rich knowledge of the Japanese market.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
