Your Future Role
Are you passionate about sales and sales enablement? Do you have a strong commercial profile and mindset?
We are looking for an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales processes and systems that will help our sales team exceed their goals.
As our Sales Excellence Manager, you will support sales in sales operations, refining sales strategies, developing and improving processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assessing sales team effectiveness and performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Developing and implementing sales enablement strategies, providing tools and resources to empower the sales team.
- Driving sales process discipline ensuring disciplined pipeline health, quality, quantity, and velocity processes.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization to drive productivity.
- Suring CRM system data quality for efficient reporting and insight.
- Reporting on sales performance, account plan quality and completeness.
- Creating and implementing processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a relationship builder with excellent collaboration management skills, a strategic thinker able to convert strategy to actions, a strong communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong personal drive.
A relevant background preferably with a master's degree within business, economics, or a related commercially oriented field is required.
