Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales processes and systems that will help our sales team exceed their goals.
As our Sales Excellence Manager, you will support sales in sales operations, refining sales strategies, developing and improving processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team effectiveness and performance.
- Supporting development and implementation of sales enablement strategies, providing tools and resources to empower the sales team.
- Driving sales process discipline ensuring disciplined pipeline health, quality, quantity, and velocity processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to drive productivity.
- Sure CRM system data quality for efficient reporting and insight.
- Report on sales performance, account plan quality and completeness.
- Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Sales Excellence, a strong business acumen combined with solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
A relevant background preferably with a master's degree within business, economics, or a related commercially oriented field is required.
Working Environment
We expect you to be on site in our new office in Virum with flexible working hours and possibility of working from home regularly.
