Role Overview

We're expanding our presence in Germany and seeking an account manager to help us achieve this goal. As an account manager, you'll work closely with our founding team to build long-term relationships, serve inbound leads, and optimize sales pipeline conversion rates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a portfolio of clients and nurturing these relationships
  • Serving and assisting inbound leads
  • Collaborating with clients on design, quotes, and project-related activities
  • Buidling new outbound pipeline
  • Improving sales and operational processes
About You

We're looking for someone with high energy, a willingness to learn, and interest/experience in sales. Ideal candidates have:

  • Interest and/or 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • A structured approach to managing multiple client projects simultaneously
  • A passion for sustainability
  • A good sense of designs and products
  • Fluency in German and English
  • A positive attitude and desire to build an amazing team culture
