Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our Business Sales team in Copenhagen, Sweden. As a key player in driving new business growth and nurturing client relationships, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence and impact in the Swedish SMB segment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries from potential SMB customers, reaching out to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell relevant services, conducting proactive outbound sales to potential new business clients, and managing short sales cycles.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide insights to improve our sales strategy and contribute to revenue growth. Native-level Swedish and fluent English language skills are essential, with Danish being a plus. You must be based in Copenhagen and work from the office at least 4-5 days a week.
