As a key player in the New Business team (European market), you will be responsible for shaping the narrative of a company on the journey of changing the game in B2B sales. Our mission is to empower revenue teams to increase win rates through engagement and understanding of buyers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives by creating and converting new sales opportunities. You will focus on Account-based sales, which means identifying opportunities with laser-targeted accounts and working in a strategic, data-driven, and personalized approach to get a higher close rate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle processes, handling self-generated deals, as well as converting marketing qualified leads.
  • Continuously share insights and best practices with your colleagues.
  • Assume an influential role within the new business sales organization as we ascend into the up-market, contributing to our strategic growth and success.
  • Selling to early adopters and those adopting a digital sales room for the first time.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve clear goals (we use the OKR framework), fostering a culture of shared success and celebration.
