Customer Success Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Lead to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in fostering strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and driving meaningful engagement. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, ensuring a seamless customer journey, and making a significant impact in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote our innovative software products and services.
2. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
3. Work closely with MD and the team to ensure preparation for customer engagements and provide timely updates on customer news and annual reports.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including department heads and the MD's office.
5. Partner with external vendors to deliver outstanding customer service.
6. Support MD in team activities and drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Fluency in Danish and English language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
