About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at 2021.AI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the AI Governance space. This role offers significant long-term growth potential as our sales organization expands.

You will work closely with senior professionals and product teams to showcase the value of our AI Governance Platform, GRACE. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, researching markets, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and expand the client base within the AI Governance space.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities — including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Deeply understand our AI Governance products and value propositions.
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
  • Work with leads, fostering and developing relationships with customers, partners, and clients.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns.
  • Perform sales forecasts and analysis, reporting findings to the COO.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in direct sales, particularly in closing new business.
  • Documented selling success.
  • Extended experience in relationship building on C-level.
  • Commercial education (master degree level).
  • Extended experience within account management on C-level.
  • Experience with account planning.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and handling.
  • Experience in selling Enterprise software.
  • Experience within one or more sectors (Banking, Insurance, Life Science, Public).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
