The Role: Customer Success Associate

We're looking for a Customer Success Associate who is ready to take a step into our Customer Success Team and help us roll out across the UK, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and other exciting markets.



Job Responsibilities


  1. Drive our customers' success
  2. Oversee the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, retention and renewals
  3. Work closely with our Developers, Marketing and Sales team to meet our customer's expectations
  4. Understand our customers and take ownership of their needs internally and externally


Requirements

You should have great energy, a good sense of humour & have a disciplined problem-solver mindset. We look for employees who like being part of a team, are real team players, and have a mindset of learning & growing.




  1. Speak and write Danish & English fluently
  2. Have 1-3 years of experience when it comes to customer contact either from a sales or customer service role
  3. Be able to work 15-20 hours a week
  4. Nice to have: Have minimum 1 year of B2B work experience within SAAS / software
  5. Be structured & punctual
  6. Have excellent communication skills
  7. Have a good sense of humour - be willing to contribute to this being a fun place to work
  8. Be excited about building a big company from a small starting point, and want to grow personally on the way there
  9. Be able to work at our office in Central Copenhagen (though we operate with a hybrid model, so you are free to choose to work remotely as well)
