Job Overview:

This role is responsible for recruiting and onboarding partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration between various departments.

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Copenhagen.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic account growth plan to drive revenue expansion.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to clients and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted plans to capture market share.
  • Cultivate a strong network of partners and clients to drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales vice president to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to colleagues to ensure they possess the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partner sales, preferably in the SaaS or cloud computing space.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data management tools, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive sales performance.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain a robust network of contacts and partnerships.
