We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Agent to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As part of our global expansion, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and customer relationships in the Danish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for sales activities, focusing on reservation processing, ticketing, and customer inquiries.
  • Support the sales team with group bookings, sales events, and familiarization trips.
  • Maintain customer records, process sales reports, and billing for ticket sales.
  • Assist with direct sales to customers and contribute to promoting Air India in the market through various channels.

About You:

  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, experience in handling customer inquiries, and proficiency in English and Danish.
  • Familiarity with Amadeus and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • A flexible and committed approach to work, with a passion for finding innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Salary: €40,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
