FinTech Sales Expert with Pre-Sales Focus

At Subaio ApS, we are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating directly with top European banks and leading the charge in bringing our products to market.

Your responsibilities will span understanding and addressing customers' pre-sales requirements, expediting the onboarding process for new customers, and laying the groundwork for long-term scaling. You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams, reporting directly to our VP of Product.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Deliver an Exceptional Pre-Sales Customer Experience: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their queries and delivering value propositions.
- Technical Expertise: Offer technical guidance throughout the pre-sales process, clarifying product specifications and addressing product-related queries.
- Demonstrate Value Propositions: Showcase demos, scope use cases, and conduct proof of concepts to demonstrate how our solutions align with customers' business needs.
- Act as a Point of Contact: Field product and technical questions, explain standardized materials, and route complex requirements to the appropriate channels.
- Create Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common pre-sales inquiries and requirements.
- Cultivate Customer Advocacy: Encourage customer advocacy and represent the customer's voice within internal teams, gathering feedback, identifying trends, and integrating insights into product planning.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a Sales Engineer (or similar) role, focusing on managing relationships with large, complex organizations.
- A proven track record of delivering and scaling an outstanding pre-sales customer experience.
- Experience providing advanced support and comprehensive understanding of IT principles and customer requirements for similar technical B2B SaaS products.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially when engaging with executives and leaders.
- A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adept at frequent context switching, effective management of multiple projects, and ruthless prioritization.
- Experience with answering/writing RFI/RFP answers/documents.
- Background in B2B and SaaS solutions, preferably within FinTech.
