Senior Business Development Executive

The Enterprise Account Manager role at Relesys is a pivotal position that plays a key part in driving post-sales activities, including renewals, upselling, and revenue growth on our SME accounts.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles selling complex software products. The ideal candidate will have experience with post-sales activities, cross-selling, upselling, and contract renewal negotiations. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Main Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and building strong relationships to deliver strong ROI business cases.
- Taking ownership of contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to negotiate favorable terms for clients.
- Collaborating closely with Solution Engineers to understand evolving client needs.
- Cross-functional collaboration to develop compelling product demonstrations and presentations to existing clients, highlighting additional value.
- Ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Relesys' product and services through collaboration with Professional services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Manager or similar client-facing role selling complex software products.
- Experience with post-sales activities, cross-selling, upselling, and contract renewal negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain multiple Enterprise client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Result-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
