About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Field Sales Operations organization in Scandinavia. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Prioritize and close key deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive sales success.
  • Negotiate deals with C-level executives to secure new business.
  • Maintain accurate and timely pipeline and forecast data.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional with a proven track record in enterprise software sales. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to establish trust with key stakeholders and negotiate complex deals.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Finnish or Danish.
