We're seeking a highly skilled and ambitious sales executive to join our team in Copenhagen.
As a leading digital tool and platform for quality and compliance, Qarma works with top fashion and furniture brands and retailers to create better and more sustainable products.
This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our solution offerings and scale our sales team.
About the Role- You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to qualifying opportunities, delivering product demos, and converting leads to customers.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through outbound emails, sales calls, and networking.
- Work with your own portfolio of accounts and take full responsibility for your sales pipeline.
- Help educate potential clients on the value Qarma offers by addressing customer pain points.
- Experience in sales/customer success/account management, preferably from an account sales or outbound business development position.
- A track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets, including sourcing and closing deals.
- Confident presentation skills to deliver successful demos.
- Self-accountability, ability to take feedback, and action it.
- Growth mindset, always striving for improvement.
- Team player, happy to work cross-functionally.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages: Native Nordic language and fluency in English.

Our estimated salary range for this role is between 80,000 - 110,000 DKK per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
