As a Hospitality Business Growth Specialist, you will lead the charge in introducing Superb to hospitality businesses in your territory. You will oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close, achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts, and develop a consultative approach to understand customers' struggles.

You will partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market and leverage Hubspot to manage sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the introduction of Superb to hospitality businesses in your territory
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
  • Develop a consultative approach to understand customers' struggles
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure solutions meet market demands

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in closing sales roles
  • Cold-calling experience into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success
  • Danish fluency and comfort with English as our primary business language
  • High energy and great relationship-building skills
