Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our German team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the German market.
Your primary objective will be to generate new sales leads through outbound efforts, focusing on our Whistleblower Software product. This will involve contacting potential customers and partners, building relationships, and negotiating deals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the German market
- Generate new sales leads through outbound efforts
- Build relationships with potential customers and partners
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
- Able to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
