I Danmark tæller Talentech 40 medarbejdere og bor i centrum af København. Talentech har vokseværk og derfor søger vi en dygtig Sales Manager for Public Sector.

Du skal bidrage til at den offentlige sektor (stat, regioner og kommuner) bliver endnu bedre til at tiltrække, udvikle og fastholde medarbejdere. Du skal være med til at skabe en bedre oplevelse for ansøgere og ansatte ved at effektivisere og forbedre processer omkring rekruttering, onboarding og talent management. Det sker via Talentechs HR platform.
Jobbet:
Talentech har allerede et solidt aftryk i den offentlige sektor. Derfor vil du bruge mest tid på servicering og udvikling af eksisterende kunder. Du skal dog også entrere med nye kunder. Vi forestiller os et split på 65/35 mellem eksisterende og nye kunder.
Du får ansvaret for at dine kunder er glade og tilfredse for at benytte Talentech. Rollen indebærer regulær key account management, hvor du skal analysere dine kunders virke, deres nuværende arbejdsprocesser og brug af HR platformen. Du skal sikre, at kunderne bruger platformen, så den passer til deres behov og du skal hjælpe med at identificere forbedringsmuligheder - udvikling af nuværende løsning og åbning af nye moduler mv. Du skal skabe account planer, som du efterfølgende skal eksekvere.
I nysalgsdelen skal du kvalificere kunder, booke møder og afholde kundebesøg med en løsningsorienteret salgsproces, der kan variere fra 3-12 måneder. Salgsprocessen vil typisk indebære flere møder og flere beslutningstagere og influenter. Der skal laves kundeanalyser, softwaredemonstrationer, forhandles mv. Der kommer løbende udbud, som du skal svare på.
Dertil skal du projektstyre den indledende del af implementeringsforløb sammen med konsulentteamet.
Det er vigtigt, at du lærer den interne organisation godt at kende, så du kan trække på de rette kræfter i salgs- og implementeringsprocesserne.
Du skal skabe solide relationer i markedet og holde dig orienteret omkring kommende investeringer og effektiviseringer indenfor beskæftigelsesområdet.

Hvem er du?
Vi er på udkig efter en kandidat, der har erfaring med key account management fra den offentlige sektor. Det kan være fra SaaS, HR, services eller anden branche, hvor du har arbejdet med at tiltrække, udvikle og fastholde kunder indenfor staten, regioner eller kommuner.
Du kender til købs- og salgsprocesser i den offentlige sektor. Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med at tale med beslutningstagere - især indenfor HR og økonomi. Du må meget gerne have erfaring med udbudsbesvarelse.
Du har forretningsforståelse og ved, at det handler om at effektivisere kundens virke og kan tale med kunden om deres indsatser, problemer og muligheder omkring tiltrækning, udvikling og fastholdelse af medarbejdere. Du kan formidle kundespecifikke HR-løsningers værdi for kunden.
Du har en vis metodetilgang. Du kan arbejde selvstændigt, kan drive og strukturere indsatser og aktiviteter. Du er stærk i skriftlig og verbal kommunikation.
