DACH Region Customer Advocacy Lead

We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our customer success team as a DACH Region Customer Advocacy Lead.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer advocacy strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer advocacy plans to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms is a plus.
