About the Position

We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our customer success team as a DACH Region Customer Advocacy Lead.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer advocacy strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer advocacy plans to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms is a plus.
