Global Sales and Business Development Manager

At Harris Geospatial Solutions, we are seeking an exceptional Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Northern European region.
This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the region by developing and implementing a successful business strategy that meets annual sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the military communications market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive revenue growth in Northern Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through exceptional service, innovative products, and strategic partnerships
- Manage account relationships and ensure timely delivery of proposals and program execution
- Champion the public image and profile of Harris Geospatial Solutions in the region
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, international relations)
- Minimum 12 years of prior relevant sales and business development experience
- Strong business acumen, with experience in sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position based within the European Union, with frequent travel required to international customers and partner sites throughout Europe and the United States.
