Your Role:Sales Organization:You will be part of the Sales Organization, reporting directly to the Head of Sales - Norway & Denmark. As our new Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, driving new sales and capturing opportunities in the thriving Danish market.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay informed about the Danish public procurement market using industry insights to fuel sales strategies and growth.
- (Ideally 1-2 years) experience in digital sales with a high drive for results and documented success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Danish language.
- Experience from high-velocity sales.
- Knowledge of the public procurement market in Denmark is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary:NOK 550,000 - NOK 650,000 per year, depending on experience.
