We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Brandwatch.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline by researching and engaging with potential accounts, scheduling meetings that convert into qualified sales opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and engage them through various platforms.
  • You will stay up-to-date on industry news and understand the social media landscape.
  • You will become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product.
  • You will work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
Your Approach:
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers using various tools.
  • Make an average of 100 outbound activities to prospects daily, aiming to schedule platform walk-throughs and start the sales process.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
