This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for students or career-changers to gain hands-on experience in sales, build their earning potential, and make a lasting impact on a scale-up company. As a Sales Development Representative at Dixa, you'll be surrounded by a talented team of SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders who will guide you in developing the foundations of a successful sales career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound prospecting through phone, email, or LinkedIn
- Building a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
- Effectively communicating Dixa's value drivers to schedule meetings with qualified prospects
- Handling objections from potential customers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to secure referrals and expand the customer base
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
- A go-getter mindset: self-motivated, focused, and driven to exceed targets
- Curious nature: eager to learn, understand pain points, and solve problems
- Process-oriented approach: ability to plan and execute goals
