We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Hero to join our vibrant and international team at Hobbii. As a key point of contact for our Norwegian-speaking customers, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media.
As a Customer Success Hero, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be the go-to person for all their queries, from shipping details and product specifics to general questions about yarn, patterns, and more.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for helping others. If you're fluent in Norwegian and English, and have a Danish work permit, we'd love to hear from you.
