Strategic Business Developer for Recurring Revenue Growth

3Shape, a global leader in 3D scanning and CAD/CAM solutions, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our newly established Recurring Revenue team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth strategy and ensuring the success of our portfolio.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with product managers, commercial managers, and stakeholders across IT, Finance, Customer Success, Customer Care, Marketing, and Sales to build and continuously improve products and commercial processes within the strategically important recurring revenue area.
Key Responsibilities:- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and evaluate business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations within and beyond our SaaS platform.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our SaaS offerings.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support decision-making and product development.
- User Stories & Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, and other documentation to clearly communicate requirements to the development team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track OKRs, project progress, and other metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
As a successful candidate, you will possess experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a commercial focus in the intersection of business and technology. You should also have proficiency in business analysis tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, and experience with data analysis and business process mapping.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences are essential.
