Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Work Shop. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the B2B sales process, including channel partners and end-customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the whole B2B channel, including channel partners and end-customers
- Update and manage sales forecast on an ongoing basis
- Fulfill and exceed sales budget in both sell-in and sell-out, while optimizing channel stock
- Drive sales on Samsung's MX B2B portfolio, including devices, accessories, Samsung KNOX solutions, and service offerings
- Develop customer relationships on all levels within the organization and enhance synergies between products, focusing on One Samsung
- Support tender processes with the full Samsung MX B2B offerings
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in senior sales roles from the IT/electronics industry
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- A good understanding of channel/partner management
- Experience working with tenders (SKI is preferred), negotiations, and bid management
- Good understanding of Enterprise Mobility solutions, such as MDM and Security solutions
- Understanding of technical issues and a relevant academic background
- Structured administration skills and positive social skills
- Fluent in English and Danish languages
- A valid driver's license
About the Job
This is a full-time position with a start date as soon as possible. The work location is Ballerup, Denmark, with an expectation of 3 days a week in the office. You will be hired as a consultant at WorkShop but dedicated to the client Samsung.
